Evergreen Management was founded in 2018 by Stefan St. Marie and Kip Edwards, two Idaho-based professionals with a passion for real estate and a shared belief that great management starts with great communication and integrity. We’re a young and driven company with a hands-on, responsive approach. We’ve managed homes across the Treasure Valley, specializing in both long-term rentals and short-term vacation properties. As investors ourselves, we know the importance of cash flow, tenant care, and proactive service. We bring that same owner-minded focus to every home we manage.​

Kip oversees the operation of our property management portfolio across both long-term and short-term rentals. He leads our pricing, owner relations, maintenance, and strategic growth efforts while ensuring every home is cared for with precision and integrity. With a hands-on approach and deep industry experience, Kip focuses on delivering exceptional owner outcomes, strengthening community relationships, and elevating the Evergreen standard across every property we manage.

Stefan leads the strategic direction, growth, and vision of the company. He oversees high-level operations across all markets, guides business development, and ensures Evergreen continues to innovate in both long-term and short-term rental management. With a focus on owner-first service, operational excellence, and sustainable expansion, Stefan works to keep Evergreen aligned, competitive, and positioned for long-term success.
Adon Galindo
Chief Growth Partner
Adon leads all acquisition and expansion efforts across our portfolio. With extensive experience in real estate acquisitions and investment strategy, he brings a sharp, analytical approach to identifying high-value opportunities. Adon’s long-term vision is to grow Evergreen strategically by partnering with our existing homeowners to create a private-equity–style network that builds shared wealth and strengthens Evergreen’s market presence.
